An Investor Password in MetaTrader 5 (MT5) provides read-only access to your trading account. It allows others to view your account activity, such as charts, trades, and balance without the ability to execute or modify any trades.
How do I change my Investor password?
There are two ways to change your investor password, depending on how you're accessing your account.
Option 1:

Open your MT5 Terminal.

Navigate to Tools > Options, then click on the Server tab.

Click the “Change” button next to the password field.

In the pop-up window:

Enter your current master password.

Tick the checkbox labeled “Change investor (read only) password.”

Enter your new investor password and confirm it.

Click OK to save the changes.
Option 2:

Open your MT5 Terminal and make sure you're logged into your trading account.

In the Navigator panel, right-click your account name and select "Change Password."

In the window that opens:

Enter your current master password.

Tick the box for “Change investor (read only) password.”

Enter and confirm your new investor password.

Click OK to apply the changes.
