Deposits Methods, Steps and Local Currency Options

Currently, Liquid Brokers offers two convenient deposit options: Crypto and Card. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the option to deposit using your local currency.

This FAQ outlines the available deposit methods, eligibility, and key details to help you fund your account smoothly and securely!

Crypto Deposits

Cryptocurrencies we offer
  • BTC (Bitcoin): Minimum deposit of $50
  • USDT-TRX (TRC20 / TRON): Minimum deposit of $10
  • ETH (Ethereum): Minimum deposit of $10
  • SOL (Solana): Minimum deposit of $10

How do I deposit money via Crypto?
  • Log in to your Liquid Brokers account. Once you're in, navigate to the Deposit section. Select the payment method you wish to use and confirm your choice.
  • Select Wallet or Account for Transfer: After selecting your payment method, you'll be asked whether you want to deposit into your wallet or your live account. Enter the amount you wish to deposit, choose USD as the currency, and click Continue.

Please note that the minimum deposit amount listed for each method does not account for blockchain fees. Deposits below the minimum may experience delays due to these fees, which are beyond our control.

  • Transfer Funds Using QR Code or Wallet Address: You can now scan the QR code provided or manually copy and paste the wallet address into your preferred third-party crypto wallet.

Once the funds are sent to us, the time it takes for your deposit to be processed can vary, typically ranging from 1 to 5 hours, depending on the blockchain network's speed and capacity.

A kind reminder that both the QR code and wallet address are unique to each deposit request. To ensure your deposit is processed without any issues, please use the provided details only once per transaction. For each new deposit, generate a fresh deposit request to avoid any delays in crediting your funds.

Card Deposits

Depositing via Card (via MoonPay Commerce)

Minimum Deposit: Starting from $10. Just follow these steps:

Phase 1 - Creating Deposit Request
  1. Log in to your Liquid Brokers account.
  2. Go to the Deposit section.
  3. Choose the Pay by Card option and confirm it in Step 1.

    A 2% deposit fee, charged by MoonPay, will be automatically deducted from your deposit amount.


  4. Enter the amount you want to deposit and select your currency in Step 2.
  5. Click Continue and confirm your deposit.
Phase 2 - Initiating Payment

Next, you’ll be redirected to a Liquid Brokers deposit page with a MoonPay Commerce payment window. It’ll show you the amount to pay in USDC. Just click the Pay button to complete your payment.

Once you click Pay, you’ll be redirected to the MoonPay Commerce app. If you’re not signed in, you’ll need to register or log in.


After signing in, MoonPay Commerce will take you to the payment confirmation page. Just fill in the required information & click on the ''ADD FUNDS'' button.

Liquid Brokers User ID: To find your User ID, hover over your name in the top right corner of the screen. You’ll see it pop up there.


After entering your Liquid Brokers User ID you can proceed to selecting an Onramp of your choice. 

The process may vary depending on the onramp you choose and the payment processor MoonPay Commerce routes you to. Available options can also differ based on your jurisdiction, so be sure to follow the on-screen instructions carefully.

Phase 3 - Adding Funds

Upon clicking the Add Funds button, you will be redirected to the selected on-ramp service. Please note that each on-ramp follows a distinct process.

When choosing a payment method such as a credit or debit card, you will be redirected to a third-party payment provider to complete your transaction.

Kindly follow the on-screen instructions. Typically, you will be required to confirm your name and address, and provide your card details in order to finalize the payment through the on-ramp provider.

You will usually receive an email confirming that your transaction was successful.

Phase 4 - Deposit Successful

After completing the transaction, your MoonPay Commerce page will display a confirmation screen showing that your payment was successful. Please note that this process can take up a few minutes.

Once confirmed or approved by your end, your MoonPay Commerce tab will update to display the Successful screen below.

By this time, the transaction will have been deposited into your Liquid Brokers account.

To keep in mind:

  • A 2% deposit fee, charged by MoonPay, will be automatically deducted from your deposit amount. Any questions regarding this fee please contact MoonPay!

  • It's crucial to ensure that the funds deposited in your MoonPay Commerce wallet match or exceed the requested deposit amount. Depositing an amount less than the required sum will result in an unsuccessful or delayed transaction.

  • Once the amount is inputted, you need to provide your Liquid Brokers User ID , which can be found in the top right corner.
Already have Funds in your Moonpay Wallet?

If you already have funds in your MoonPay Commerce wallet and want to use them to deposit into your Liquid Brokers account, just follow the steps below:

Confirm you have funds in your MoonPay Commerce wallet
  • Click 'Continue with email' and log in using the email address or Google account associated with your MoonPay Commerce account.
  • Check your crypto Balance from the MoonPay Commerce (helio) Wallet Tab to confirm you have funds.

Once you confirm you have funds, please proceed with the following instructions to transfer them to your Liquid Brokers Account.

Creating the Deposit Request
  1. Log in to your Liquid Brokers account.
  2. Go to the Deposit section.
  3. Choose the Pay by Card option and confirm.

    A 2% deposit fee, charged by MoonPay, will be automatically deducted from your deposit amount. Any questions regarding this fee should be directed to MoonPay.


  4. Enter the amount you want to deposit and select your currency.
  5. Click Continue and confirm your deposit.

Initiating Payment
  • You’ll be redirected to the Liquid Brokers deposit page with a MoonPay Commerce payment window.
  • The amount to pay (in USDC) will be shown. Example: 10 USDC.
  • Click the “Pay” button to continue.
  • You’ll be taken to the MoonPay Commerce app.
    • If you're not logged in, you’ll need to register or sign in.
    • A 2FA code will be sent to your email — enter it to proceed.
  • Once signed in, you'll land on the payment confirmation page.
  • Fill in the required details:
    • Liquid Brokers User ID
      • To find this, hover over your name in the top right corner of the Liquid Brokers dashboard.
      • Your User ID will appear in the dropdown.
    • Select the asset with funds in your Helio wallet.
  • Click the “PAY” button to complete your deposit.
Approve Transfer of Funds
  • A new pop-up will appear asking you to approve the transaction. Click on "Approve" to continue with the confirmation process. 
  • Once all these steps have been followed, you will be prompted with a message saying "Success!", confirming that the funds have now been sent to your Liquid Brokers wallet.

    If throughout the process you are requested to log in again, follow the process of logging in and resume with the confirmation.

  • Lastly, refresh the tab where you have your Liquid Brokers account opened so the information is updated. The funds are now located within your wallet
 
Local Currency (For Thai, Latam and African Regions)
  • Thai Banking: Minimum Deposit of $10
    How to Deposit via Thai Banking?

    When using Thai banking, you will be using the currency Thai Baht (THB).

    What is the minimum deposit requirement?

    The minimum deposit amount is $10. You must enter the deposit amount in the relevant currency. The equivalent amounts in THB will be calculated based on current exchange rates.

    Steps to Deposit via Thai Banking:

      • Log in to your Liquid Brokers account. 
      • Navigate to the Deposit tab, select Thai Banking and click 'Confirm'.
      • Specify the amount you wish to deposit, choose whether you want to deposit into your Liquid Brokers wallet or your trading account, and select the currency, Thai Baht (THB).
      • Before proceeding, you will see the amount converted to USD.
      • To complete your deposit, simply scan the QR code using your banking app. Please note that this code expires within 15 minutes. 

    Closed Loop Policy: Please note that deposits made via Thai Banking must be withdrawn using Thai Banking and cannot be withdrawn through any other method. Additionally, deposits made through other methods cannot be withdrawn via Thai Banking.

  • LATAM Methods: Minimum Deposit of $10
    Who can Deposit via LATAM Methods?

    If you’re located in any of the supported regions below, you’ll be able to fund your account using convenient and locally accessible payment methods.

While Liquid Brokers does not charge any deposit fees, our third-party payment providers may apply a processing fee based on the method and your location. Processing times vary depending on the selected option, but local methods are typically faster than traditional international transfers.
