Depositing via Card
Depositing funds into your Liquid Brokers account is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to deposit via card (via Helio):
Access your Liquid Broker's account by logging in & proceed to the Deposit section where you can choose the Pay by Card option.
- Select 'Confirm', insert the deposit amount and currency, and decide whether you'd like to transfer the funds to your wallet or directly to your live account.
- When choosing to pay by card, you'll be presented with the option to select the cryptocurrency, including USDC Coin or Solana. After making your selection, kindly proceed by clicking 'Pay with Card'.
- You will be redirected to another page to confirm the amount and currency you wish to purchase, go ahead and click on 'Pay with Card' to proceed. '
- Register or sign in to Helio, our third-party service provider. If you don't have an account yet, please proceed to register using your email address or via Google. If you've already registered with them, simply sign in.
If you are registering for the first time and you are providing your email address, a verification code will be sent to you.
Payment Methods provided by Helio on Liquid Brokers
As you proceed with the deposit, you'll have the option to select from the following payment methods: Transak, Unlimit and MoonPay. While these methods operate similarly, enabling users to purchase crypto via card payment, there are differences in supported countries and available assets for purchase. We advise clients to carefully review these details and choose the payment method that aligns best with their preferences.
If you encounter an error message indicating that your country or state is not supported, please consider exploring alternative third-party payment options.
- Proceed with the deposit, by selecting your preferred payment method and clicking 'Add Funds'
It's crucial to ensure that the funds deposited in your Helio wallet match or exceed the requested deposit amount. Depositing an amount less than the required sum will result in an unsuccessful or delay of transaction.
- You will then see the fees charged by the third-party service provider, the applicable rate, and the amount you will receive. Verify the purchase amount and proceed by selecting your payment method, which includes Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, or Bank Wire (note that wire transfer timeframes depend on your bank).
- Click 'Buy Now,' and re-enter your email address to receive a new code.
- After entering the code, proceed to input all personal information, and card details and complete the KYC process.
When selecting a different payment method for the first transfer, you would need to input the card details once again. -
After adding your card, click 'Confirm' to complete the deposit. A pop-up will notify you that your order is being processed, and you'll receive a confirmation email when it's finalized.
You can then either return to the app by selecting 'Back to App' or keep track of your order's status by choosing 'Track the Order.'
Authorizing Your Transaction
Once you receive the confirmation email and see that the funds are available in your Helio wallet, check that your balance matches the deposit request on Liquid Brokers.
To proceed, select the deposit ID, input your email address, and click 'Pay.' A pop-up will appear where you can authorize the transfer of funds to your account.
After your Helio funds are transferred to your Liquid Broker's wallet, you might need to refresh the page in order for your balance to update accordingly.
If you're facing challenges transferring funds from your Helio wallet to your account, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Liquid Broker's account.
- Navigate to the Deposit section.
- Choose 'Pay by Card' as your deposit method.
- Enter the desired amount and currency (ensuring it doesn't exceed your available Helio funds).
- Proceed by clicking 'Continue' and then 'Confirm'.
- Follow the instructions provided and click 'Pay with card' (no charges will be incurred from your bank).
- Log in to Helio using the same email address used for adding funds, click 'Pay', and then 'Approve' the deposit.
