Depositing via Card (via Helio)
Depositing funds into your Liquid Brokers account with a card is super simple. Just follow these steps:
Phase 1 - Creating Deposit Request
- Log in to your Liquid Brokers account.

Go to the Deposit section.

Choose the Pay by Card option and confirm it in Step 1.

Enter the amount you want to deposit and select your currency in Step 2.

Click Continue and confirm your deposit.
Phase 2 - Initiating Payment
Next, you’ll be redirected to a Liquid Brokers deposit page with a Helio payment window. It’ll show you the amount to pay in USDC. For this example, we will use 10 USDC. Just click the orange Pay button to complete your payment.
Once you click Pay, you’ll be redirected to the Helio app. If you’re not signed in, you’ll need to register or log in, where a 2FA code is sent to your email.
After signing in, Helio will take you to the payment confirmation page. Just fill in the required information & click on the ''ADD FUNDS'' button.
Liquid Brokers User ID: To find your User ID, hover over your name in the top right corner of the screen. You’ll see it pop up there.
After entering your Liquid Brokers User ID you can proceed to selecting an Onramp of your choice. The process may vary depending on the onramp you choose and the payment processor Helio routes you to. Available options can also differ based on your jurisdiction, so be sure to follow the on-screen instructions carefully.
Phase 3 - Adding Funds
Upon clicking the Add Funds button, you will be redirected to the selected on-ramp service. Please note that each on-ramp follows a distinct process.
When choosing a payment method through Helio—such as a credit or debit card—you will be redirected to a third-party payment provider to complete your transaction.
Kindly follow the on-screen instructions. Typically, you will be required to confirm your name and address, and provide your card details in order to finalize the payment through the on-ramp provider.
You will usually receive an email confirming that your transaction was successful.
Phase 4 - Deposit Successful
After completing the transaction, your Helio page will display a confirmation screen showing that your payment was successful. Please note that this process can take up a few minutes.
Once confirmed or approved by your end, your Helio tab will update to display the Successful screen below.
By this time, the transaction will have been deposited into your Liquid Brokers account.

To keep in mind:
- It's crucial to ensure that the funds deposited in your Helio wallet match or exceed the requested deposit amount. Depositing an amount less than the required sum will result in an unsuccessful or delayed transaction.
- Once the amount is inputted, you need to provide your Liquid Brokers User ID , which can be found in the top right corner.
