How to Log In to TH Trader

Logging into TH Trader is a straightforward process that ensures you can start trading with ease. Follow the steps below to access your account and locate your credentials if needed.

Step 1: Locate Your Login Credentials

Your login credentials have been sent to the email address registered with your Liquid Brokers account. If you can’t find the email:

  1. Check your spam, junk mail, and promotions folders in your email account.
  2. If you still cannot locate the email, log in to your Liquid Brokers account and click on the notification button (envelope icon) at the top right corner of the screen. Your credentials can be found here.

Please note:

  • Ensure you insert your email address in lowercase when logging in. Using uppercase letters may cause login errors.
  • Credentials are sent only once. Even if you create new trading accounts, they will share the same credentials.

Step 2: Access TH Trader

  1. You can access TH Trader directly through the web platform:

    Enter your registered email address in lowercase and your trading password, then select Login.

    Accessing TH Trader Through Liquid Charts Pro

    If your trading account is linked to the TH Trader server, you can also access it through Liquid Charts Pro.

    1. Open Liquid Charts Pro.
    2. Select TH Trader from the server options.

    3. Enter your registered email address in lowercase (username).
    4. Enter your password.
    5. Select Next.

    When TH Trader is selected, you will continue using the Liquid Charts Pro interface, while your trading account is connected through the TH Trader server.

Having Trouble Logging In?

If you are unable to access your trading account:

  • Check your trading account server: Ensure the trading account you are trying to access is linked to TH Trader.
  • Check the selected server: If you are using Liquid Charts Pro, ensure TH Trader is selected for a TH Trader account. Existing accounts linked to Liquid Charts should use the Liquid Charts server.
  • Check your username: Enter your registered email address in lowercase.
  • Check your password: Ensure you are entering your trading password.
  • Reset your trading password: Log in to your Liquid Brokers account, go to Accounts, select the relevant trading account, and use the password-change option to create a new trading password.

Please note: When your trading password is changed, the new password will apply to your trading accounts.
