Below are step-by-step instructions on how to locate your Trade ID on both the MT5 desktop and mobile platforms.
Locating your Trade ID on MT5 (Desktop Version)
- Navigate to the Toolbox terminal located below the chart area.
- Select the History tab.
- Your Trade ID will be displayed under the Ticket column, next to the corresponding symbol.
Locating your Trade on MT5 (Mobile Version)
- After logging into your account, tap on the History tab at the bottom of the screen.
- At the top, navigate to the Orders section and select the blue “Filled” button.
- Tap on the relevant order; a pop-up will appear displaying the Trade ID associated with that trade.
