Why did my trading account become inactive?
Trading accounts may become inactive if there has been no activity for an extended period of time, such as:
- No trading activity
- The account remaining unused for 90 days
When this happens, the system may automatically disable the trading account.
What happens to funds in Dormant Accounts?
Any funds remaining in dormant accounts will be automatically transferred back to your Liquid Brokers wallet. Should you wish to continue trading with these funds, you may create a new trading account and complete an internal transfer from your wallet to the newly created account.
Can my inactive trading account be reactivated?
In most cases, the recommended solution is to create a new trading account from your client dashboard.
If you believe your account was disabled in error, you may contact our support team for assistance, and we will review the situation with the relevant department.
