How to check missed trades
- Go to Positions > Missed in your app
- Each missed trade can be related to any of the below:
- Insufficient balance
- Market unavailable
- Trading conditions not met
Why delays or missed trades happen
- Trades are only executed if they remain within the defined price parameters
- If market conditions change, execution may be delayed
- After 15 minutes, the trade will no longer be copied if conditions are not met
