Partners can access detailed information on trades made by their clients and their corresponding rewards through customizable reports.
Customizing Report Templates
To customize report templates, navigate to Admin Interface → Partnership → Reports.
This section provides an overview of existing templates and tools for creating new ones.
Report Types
When selecting "Order Report," you’ll be presented with three report options:

Summary Report:
- Displays a list of all clients associated with the partner.

Closed Trades Report:
- Provides details on closed trades of a specific partner during a selected period.
- Reports are grouped by currency pairs.
- You can specify a custom time frame by selecting start and end dates during the report generation process.

Sub-IB Report:
- Shows the partner’s hierarchy (partner tree) along with rewards for each member.
How to Order a Report
- Choose the desired report type.
- Select the partner code and specify the report’s date range.
Set Up a Reporting Period
Reports can be downloaded automatically by:
- Clicking "Set Up Period."
- Selecting the report type and partner account.
- Choosing a frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Saved Reports
After generating a report, it will be stored in the "Saved Reports" tab. You can:
- Download the reports directly.
- Preview them online without downloading.
Reports are available in .xls and .csv formats.
Important Note
Reports older than 90 days are automatically deleted. To retain a report for a longer period, ensure you download it in your preferred format.
