  • Account ID (e.g., ECN123456)
  • Position ID / Order ID (10-digit number)
  • Trading instrument (symbol) involved in the trade
  • Detailed description of what occurred
  • Screenshot or video showing the trade details

Providing this information upfront allows our team to review and escalate the request to the relevant department without delay.


How do I find my Order ID?

Your Order ID (or Position ID) is a 10-digit numeric code associated with each trade.
