If you already have funds in your Helio wallet and want to use them to deposit into your Liquid Brokers account, just follow the steps below:
Confirm you have funds in your Helio wallet
- Go to https://app.hel.io.
- Click 'Continue with email' and log in using the email address or Google account associated with your Helio account.
- Check your SOL or USDC Balance from the Helio Wallet Tab to confirm you have funds.
Once you confirm you have funds, please proceed with the following instructions to transfer them to your Liquid Brokers Account.
Creating the Deposit Request
- Log in to your Liquid Brokers account.
- Go to the Deposit section.
- Choose the Pay by Card option and confirm.
- Enter the amount you want to deposit and select your currency.
- Click Continue and confirm your deposit.
Initiating Payment
- You’ll be redirected to the Liquid Brokers deposit page with a Helio payment window.
- The amount to pay (in USDC) will be shown. Example: 10 USDC.
- Click the orange “Pay” button to continue.
- You’ll be taken to the Helio app.
- If you're not logged in, you’ll need to register or sign in.
- A 2FA code will be sent to your email — enter it to proceed.
- Once signed in, you'll land on the payment confirmation page.
- Fill in the required details:
- Liquid Brokers User ID
- To find this, hover over your name in the top right corner of the Liquid Brokers dashboard.
- Your User ID will appear in the dropdown.
- Liquid Brokers User ID
- Click the “PAY” button to complete your deposit.
Approve Transfer of Funds
- A new pop-up will appear asking you to approve the transaction. Click on "Approve" to continue with the confirmation process.
- Once all these steps have been followed, you will be prompted with a message saying "Success!", confirming that the funds have now been sent to your Liquid Brokers wallet.
If throughout the process you are requested to log in again, follow the process of logging in and resume with the confirmation. - Lastly, refresh the tab where you have your Liquid Brokers account opened so the information is updated. The funds are now located within your wallet
If Funds Don’t Show Up
- Try refreshing the page or logging out and back into your Liquid Brokers account.
