If you have funds in your Helio wallet and wish to transfer or use these funds to make a deposit, you can simply transfer them to your Liquid Brokers account by following these steps:
Steps to Transfer Funds:
1. Access Your Helio Account:
- Go to https://app.hel.io.
- Click 'Continue with email' and log in using the email address or Google account associated with your Helio account.
2. Begin the Process
- Access your Helio wallet by clicking on "Dashboard".
- Review the current balance in your Helio wallet. Should this be your first transaction, your balance will be $0.00 USDC
- Ensure the amount entered aligns with the deposit request in your Liquid Brokers account.
3. Finish adding funds:
After following these steps, you will be prompted to confirming your email address with the onRamp selected for you. It is selected automatically to facilitate the process.
Enter your email address, and a verification code will be sent to your email's inbox. Make sure to enter it exactly as sent.
Once completed, the funds purchased will be stored within your Helio wallet:
If your Helio Wallet balance is less than the requested deposit amount:
- Create a new deposit request on Liquid Brokers, and choose 'Pay by Card' as your payment method.
- Enter the deposit amount and currency, ensuring it matches your available balance.
- Sign in to Helio with the email linked to your account, click 'Pay,' and approve the transaction. (your bank account will not be charged).
Once you complete these steps and receive a "Success" notification, your Helio Wallet will show the outgoing transaction and the funds should be credited to your Liquid Brokers account immediately.
Should you not see any transfers from the "Transaction" section within your Helio account, this means that although the funds are within your Helio wallet, the transfer has not been initiated yet.
Make sure to double-check the transaction you initiated on Liquid Brokers, or start a new transfer via this method. You will not be charged again for this process as the funds have already been stored in your Helio wallet.
