Please note that deposits made through 'Pay by Card' via Helio will not automatically transfer to your Liquid Brokers account and require manual authorization.
To complete the transfer from your Helio Wallet to your Liquid Brokers account, please follow the steps outlined below.
Steps to Transfer Funds:
1. Access Your Helio Account:
- Go to https://app.hel.io.
- Click 'Continue with email' and log in using the email address or Google account associated with your Helio account.
2. Check Your Helio Wallet Balance:
- Navigate to your Helio Wallet on your dashboard.
- Review the current balance in your Helio Wallet.
- Ensure this amount aligns with the deposit request in your Liquid Brokers account.
3. Authorize the Fund Transfer:
If your Helio Wallet balance matches your Liquid Brokers deposit request, follow these instructions:
- Locate and click on the deposit ID in your Liquid Brokers account.
- Enter your email address and click 'Pay'.
- A pop-up will appear; confirm and authorize the transfer to your Liquid Brokers account.
If your Helio Wallet balance is less than the requested deposit amount:
- Create a new deposit request on Liquid Brokers for an amount that does not exceed your current Helio Wallet balance.
- Select 'Pay by Card' as the payment method.
- Enter the deposit amount and currency, ensuring it matches your available balance.
- Carefully read the instructions and click 'Pay' (your bank account will not be charged).
- Sign in to Helio with the email linked to your account, click 'Pay,' and approve the transaction.
Once you complete these steps and receive a "Success" notification, your Helio Wallet will show the outgoing transaction and the funds should be credited to your Liquid Brokers account immediately.
