Understanding the Transition to TH Trader
Liquid Brokers is preparing for a gradual transition from Liquid Charts (Standard) to TH Trader, expanding our trading options to provide greater flexibility and enhance your trading experience.
Liquid Charts PRO remains available and is unaffected by this transition.
If you prefer trading on Liquid Charts PRO, you can continue using the platform as usual. You can also access trading accounts created on the TH Trader server through Liquid Charts PRO by selecting the appropriate server when logging in.
What's the difference between Liquid Charts, Liquid Charts PRO and TH Trader?
- Liquid Charts (Standard): Our existing trading platform, which is gradually transitioning to TH Trader.
- Liquid Charts PRO: Remains available and supported. You can continue using its familiar trading interface, including with accounts created on the TH Trader server.
- TH Trader: Our new supported trading platform, accessible through Web and Android.
Can I use my existing Liquid Charts login details on TH Trader?
No. TH Trader uses separate login credentials and a separate server from Liquid Charts.Your Liquid Charts login details cannot be reused to access TH Trader.
When logging in to TH Trader, make sure you are using the correct TH Trader account credentials and server.
Important: Selecting the correct server is essential. If you are experiencing login issues, an incorrect server selection or confusion between account types may prevent you from accessing your account.
Can I access my Liquid Charts demo account through TH Trader?
No. Existing demo accounts created on Liquid Charts cannot be accessed through TH Trader.
If you wish to use a demo account on TH Trader, you will need to use an account that has been created specifically for the TH Trader platform.
Why does my account number appear on both platforms?
In some cases, the same account number may appear on both Liquid Charts and TH Trader. However, the account number alone does not determine which platform you should use.
When checking your account details, always make sure you are using the correct platform and server alongside your account number.
How can I access TH Trader?
You can access TH Trader through the Downloads section of your CRM or directly through the TH Trader web app.
Can Customer Support help me move to TH Trader?
Yes. If you need assistance during the transition, our Customer Support team can help you identify the correct TH Trader credentials and server and guide you through the login process.
