Having trouble logging in to TH Trader? The most common login issues are related to using incorrect credentials, selecting the wrong server when using Liquid Charts Pro, or attempting to access an account through the wrong trading platform.
1. Check Your Login Credentials
Make sure you are using the credentials associated with your TH Trader trading account.
Your username is the email address registered to your Liquid Brokers account and should be entered in lowercase.
If you cannot locate your trading credentials:
- Check the email sent when your trading account was created, including your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
- Log in to your Liquid Brokers account and select the notification button (envelope icon) in the top-right corner. Your trading account credentials can also be located there.
Important: Before attempting to log in, confirm that the trading account you are trying to access is linked to TH Trader.
2. Using Liquid Charts Pro? Check the Selected Server
If you are accessing your TH Trader account through Liquid Charts Pro, ensure you have selected the correct server.
From the server dropdown, select:
- TH Trader – for trading accounts linked to the TH Trader server.
- Liquid Charts – for existing trading accounts linked to the Liquid Charts server.
Tip: The server selection is available when using Liquid Charts Pro. Selecting the incorrect server may result in a failed login even when your username and password are correct.
3. Check Which Platform Your Trading Account Uses
Before troubleshooting further, confirm whether your trading account is linked to TH Trader or Liquid Charts.
The platform associated with your trading account can be identified from the Accounts section of your Liquid Brokers account.
Trading accounts linked to TH Trader can be accessed directly through TH Trader or through Liquid Charts Pro by selecting the TH Trader server.
Existing accounts linked to Liquid Charts should continue to be accessed through Liquid Charts or Liquid Charts Pro using the Liquid Charts server.
4. Check Your Password
If you have confirmed that your account is linked to TH Trader but are still unable to log in:
- Re-enter your password carefully.
- Check that there are no unnecessary spaces before or after your credentials.
- Ensure your email address is entered in lowercase.
- If you recently changed your trading password, make sure you are using the updated password.
Reset Your Trading Password
If you are still unable to log in, you can reset your trading password through your Liquid Brokers account:
- Log in to your Liquid Brokers account.
- Go to Accounts.
- Select the relevant trading account.
- Select Change under the Password section.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
Please note: Changing your trading password will update the password across your trading accounts linked to TH Trader.
Still unable to log in?
If you have confirmed that you are using your TH Trader credentials, selected the correct server, and are accessing the correct account type but still cannot log in, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
When contacting our team, please provide your TH Trader account number and the server you have selected so that we can help identify the issue more efficiently.
