Withdrawals can be requested from either your Wallet or trading account.
When withdrawing directly from a trading account, please ensure you have sufficient available margin, as requests may fail if margin requirements are not met.

How to Withdraw via Crypto
- Step 1: Log In & Select on the withdraw tab
Choose your preferred payment method and click 'Confirm'.

- Step 6: Verify Your Withdrawal
To finalize the process, check your email for a 2FA OTP verification message. Click the verification link to confirm your withdrawal request. This added security measure protects your funds.
How to Withdraw via Thai Banking
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the withdrawal section.
- Select 'Thai Banking' and click 'Confirm'.
- Select either 'Wallet' or 'Account' based on where your funds are stored.
- Choose the currency THB for your withdrawal.
- Specify the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Click 'Continue'.
- To complete your withdrawal, please select your bank, enter your account number and click 'Confirm'.
It's crucial to provide accurate information to prevent any failures.
Closed Loop Policy: Please note that deposits made via Thai Banking must be withdrawn using Thai Banking and cannot be withdrawn through any other method. Additionally, deposits made through other methods cannot be withdrawn via Thai Banking.
