Withdrawal Statuses Explained

  • What do the 'Processing' and 'Waiting for Approval' statuses mean?

    • The "Processing" or "Waiting for Approval" statuses indicate that your withdrawal request has been successfully submitted and is now being reviewed. During this stage, your request undergoes thorough safety and security checks before approval. Typically, this process is completed within 24 hours.

      We take the safety and security of your funds seriously. By performing these checks, we aim to safeguard your assets and protect you from potential risks or fraudulent activities.

  • What does the 'Payout' status mean?

    • The "Payout" status means that your withdrawal has been approved and a payout transaction has been created on the Blockchain. At this stage, the transaction is awaiting confirmation on the Blockchain network. Please note that Blockchain speed and capacity are beyond our control.

  • What does the 'Done' status mean?

    •  The "Done" status confirms that the withdrawal transaction has been successfully verified on the Blockchain, and the funds have been transferred to and received in your personal Crypto Wallet.

  • What does the 'Waiting for Verification' status mean?

    • After a withdrawal is requested, a 2FA verification email is sent containing a one-time password (OTP) link. To enhance security, you must confirm your wallet address and click on the OTP link to verify the withdrawal.

      Withdrawals in the "Waiting for Verification" status will be automatically canceled if not verified within one hour of the initial request.

  • What does the 'Failed' status mean?

    • The "Failed" status indicates that your withdrawal could not be processed due to an invalid wallet address. Additionally, withdrawals may fail if the network fee at the time is too high for the requested amount. This measure helps prevent you from incurring excessive fees. If your withdrawal fails, you can resubmit your request immediately or try again later.
