- After a withdrawal is requested, a 2FA verification email is sent containing a one-time password (OTP) link. To enhance security, you must confirm your wallet address and click on the OTP link to verify the withdrawal.
Withdrawals in the "Waiting for Verification" status will be automatically canceled if not verified within one hour of the initial request.
