Help CenterWhen you create a live or demo trading account, your login credentials will be sent to your registered email address or delivered to the envelope icon in your Liquid Brokers account. The details provided will depend on the trading platform you selected.
For MT5 Trading Accounts, you’ll receive:
- Login: A numeric login ID
- Trader Password: To access and manage your trades
- Investor Password: For view-only access
- Server Name: Liquid Markets
For TH Trader Accounts, you’ll receive:
- Login: Your registered email address
- Trader Password: To access your account
- Server Name: TH Trader
Can't find your email?
Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders, as your account credentials may have been filtered there.
Alternative way to find your Trading Account credentials:
💻 Web version
You can also access your account credentials by clicking the notification button
(the 📩 icon ) in the top right corner of the screen. There, you'll find a notification along with your credentials.
📱Mobile Version
Another way to access your account credentials is by tapping the menu icon in the top left corner, scrolling down to find "Mail," and opening it. There, you'll see notifications containing your login details.
