How can I successfully complete KYC verification?

To ensure your verification is completed smoothly, please review the guidelines below before starting the process.

1. Have your document ready and physically with you

Before starting verification, make sure you have a valid government-issued ID ready.

To help speed up the verification process, please make sure the ID document you upload is valid, clear, and in good condition. Documents that are damaged, cracked, torn, or partially unreadable will not be accepted!

Accepted documents typically include:

  • Passport
  • ID card
  • Driving License
  • Residence Permit

You will be asked to hold your document in order to confirm your identity in real time.

For this reason, the document must be physically with you during the verification process.

2. Use your own document ✅

The identity document must belong to you. Using another person’s document will result in verification failure and may lead to account suspension.

3. Ensure your document is valid ✅

Please check that your document:

  • Is not expired
  • Will remain valid for at least one more month
  • Is clearly visible and readable
  • Has no cropped edges or blurred details

Documents that are expired or close to expiry may be rejected.

4. Complete verification in a well-lit environment ✅

During verification, you may be asked to complete a liveness check. Whether you are completing the liveness check or taking photos of your document, ensure you are in a well-lit room so that both your face and the document are clearly visible.

Poor lighting may cause the verification process to fail.

5. Avoid creating multiple accounts 🚫

Creating duplicate or multiple accounts may cause verification issues and may result in account restrictions or suspension.

Each client is permitted to maintain one account only, and verification must be completed using your own valid identification documents.

This requirement forms part of our AML/KYC and compliance procedures. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions and AML/KYC Policy.

6. Make sure you meet the age requirement 🔞

You must be 18 years or older to open and verify an account.
